General Return Policy 

Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade items, we do not offer returns or refunds on delivered products. 

Incorrect or Defective Products 

If you receive an incorrect product or if there is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we will resolve the issue and re-fulfill your order. 

Reporting Issues 

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9874947099 between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST or email us at helloikaiva@gmail.com with your order number, transaction date, and a photo of the product. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition until the issue is resolved. Our team will investigate and respond within 48 working hours. The resolution will be at our sole discretion. 

Exchange Policy 

If you are unsure of the product and would like to exchange it, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. 

Exchange Process 

To request an exchange, contact us at +91 9874947099 between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST or email helloikaiva@gmail.com with your order number, transaction date, and photos of both the purchased and exchange products. Once acknowledged by our team, send the product back to our studio at the address provided below. We will dispatch a new product upon receiving the returned item. Please allow 7-10 working days for the exchange process.
